Biryani Masala
Introduction :
A great blending of flavoring spices, Herbal Products Zest Biryani Masala is used along with taste-agents like chilli & black pepper to pass on a lovely flavor and aroma to the rice.
Zest Biryani Masala is packaged in different sizes wavy boxes and poly-pouches, in accordance to the demands of our clients. No artificial coloring is done in our Biryani masala and it is completely adulterant free.
Direction of Use:
Parboil 250 grams. Basmati Rice. In three tbsp Oil, fry three sliced Onions, one tsp each Ginger/Garlic paste. Mix puree of two Tomatoes, chilly and Single Herbs Turmeric Powder.
Cook till oil separates. Mix ½ cup Curd. Mix 1½ tbsp ZEST BIRYANI MASALA, roast.Mix 1½ cup cooked vegetables like Green-Peas, Cauliflower, Carrot and Salt. Grease bowl, spread ½ the Rice, add vegetables, and spread remaining rice. Pour two tbsp Ghee, ½ cup Milk. Cover up, heat for 15 minutes, on low flame.
Ingredients:
Black Pepper, Big Cardamom, Pepper Root, Curry Leaves, Clove Leaves, Cardamom, Ginger, Cloves and other spices.
