This adaptogenic herb, native to Southeast Asia, has been used traditionally as a brain tonic in Ayurvedic medicine.  It is also referred to as Food for the Brainbecause Gotu Kola (Mandookaparni) is extremely useful as a Nervine Tonic, which significantly alleviates restlessness, stress, anxiety and fatigue, improves Cognitive functions and promotes a sound Sleep as well.
