Haritaki Churna
Introduction :
Haritaki is an excellent antioxidant and rejuvenative (Rasayana), having digestive and mild laxative action. It is a potent detoxifying and anti-aging herb that efficiently supports Liver functions and Metabolism as well.
Actions :
Protects against Peptic Ulcerations1; Heals the inflammations caused in Colitis.2
Excellent Hepatoprotective Activities; Lessens iron overload induced toxicity in Liver.3
Potent Antioxidant with significant Cytoprotective4 and Nephroprotective activities.
Protects against Dyslipidemia owing to considerable Hypolipidemic activity.
Indications :
Haritaki is extremely useful as a Daily Health Supplement, which effectively mitigates the following conditions:
- Acute or chronic Constipation

Hyperacidity, Gastritis, Peptic Ulcers and associated Dyspepsia
Haritaki is also useful as an adjuvant in Liver Dysfunction, Hemorrhoids (piles), Fissure and Fistula-in-ano, and Dyslipidemia.
Direction for use:
½ - 1 teaspoonful (3-6 g) twice daily with water after meals or as directed by the Physician.
