Integrated Herbal Manufactures
Sahul India’s manufacturing facility is one of the best in India that produces international standard herbal formulations. The multi-storied GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified manufacturing unit is strategically located at the Industrial belt on National Highway-6, which is just 30 minutes drive from the heart of Kolkata.
The factory houses some of the world’s most sophisticated equipments and state-of-the art infrastructure to manufacture the following category of products:
- Herbal Medicine for Pain Relief Ointment, Cough & Cold, Memory, Kidney, Worms, Diabetes, Female Uterine, Prostrate, Muscle & Joint Pain and many more.
- Herbal Tea: We provide a wide range of Herbal Tea that includes Cough tea, Diabex tea, Digestive tea, Relax tea, Slim tea, Laxit tea, Vata Tea, Kapha Tea, Pitta Tea, Papaya tea & Ginger tea. These teas are accredited worldwide for their taste, aroma and health benefits.
- Single Herb Supplements like Amlaki, Neem, Ashwagandha and the list continues
- Herbal Personal Care includes products for skin care, hair care and oral care
- Spices: Cumin, Turmeric and many more.
- Juices: Noni, Amla, Aloe vera etc.
- Medicated Oils and Tablets like Mahanarayan Oil, Clove Oil, Sesame Oil and many more
The manufacturing plant uses automatic and high speed equipments that enable Sahul India to produce the above category of products with uniform labels of consistency to ensure that the customer gets the same high quality product irrespective of his geographic location.
Quality Control
Our ISO 22000:2005 certificate ensures the international standard of Food Safety Management System. Sahul India has demonstrated its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that the food is safe at the time of human consumption. We comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory food safety requirements.
The principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are rigorously followed in our manufacturing unit. The best quality raw materials are acquired from the most reliable registered firms after stringent quality assessment tests. Hence, the raw materials used in the manufacturing of products are authentic, of prescribed quality and are free from contamination and pesticide residue. The manufacturing process complies with SOPs, as prescribed, to maintain the standards and uniformity. Adequate quality control measures are adopted including In-Process Quality Check. The finished products go through rigorous quality control tests before being released from factory. Hence, the manufactured products released for sale meet uniform level in consistency.
The factory of Sahul India is certified Organic by international body OneCert. It complies to EU and USDA standards besides adhering to Indian Organic regulations as set by APEDA. Organic production and processing is being carried out on a separate floor of the factory to prevent cross contamination and to ensure integrity of ‘Organic’ status of the finished products.
Our factory is also certified as per import regulation of US FDA which allows us to export our products in USA.
Moreover, Sahul India Limited complies with all regulatory norms with respect to air pollution, water pollution, waste & sewage management and fire safety measures.
