Livlife Syrup
Supports Liver Health and Metabolism
Introduction :
Liver, one of the most important sites of all bio-chemical processes, is extremely vital for proper functioning of our system. With ever-increasing load of toxins, free radicals and environmental pollutants, this chief organ - involved in various processes of Detoxifications – frequently suffers a setback.
Nature has bestowed the corrective, detoxifying and stimulating abilities to certain herbs and mineral, which effectively reform, re-establish and improve hepatic physiology and biological functions.
With potent antioxidants, hepatostimulants, hepatoprotectives and digestives, Sahul’s Livlife Syrup is a 100% Natural Active Ingredients enriched therapeutic preparation that effectively restores normal hepatic functions, promotes healthy metabolism, and significantly improves appetite and overall well-being.
Actions :
Bhumi Amalaki (Phyllanthus niruri)
Bhumi Amalaki exerts significant hepatoprotective effect as it effectively inhibits paracetamol, CCl(4) and ethanol-induced elevation levels of SGPT, SGOT, ALP, DB and LDH.1 It is well documented that Bhumi Amalaki considerably arrests progression of Liver Cirrhosis, having comparable effect as that of Silymarin.Few lignans – Nirtetralin and Nirtetralin A, B - present in this herb exhibit potent anti-hepatitis B virus activity as well.
Amrtavalli (Tinospora cordifolia)
Amrtavalli (or Guduchi) is a potent natural antioxidant and immunomodulatory herb with marked hepatoprotective activity. It also reduces the oxidative stress in Liver and Gall bladder caused due to post hepatic cholestasis (bile flow obstruction) that may otherwise result in cellular morphological and functional abnormalities.1 Amrtavalli provides significant protection against Liver toxicity caused due to Antitubercular Treatment (ATT) as well.
Karoo (Gentiana kurroo)
Karoo is a potent liver stimulant that efficiently ameliorates anorexia, flatulence and dyspepsia.<
Bhunimba (Andrographis paniculata)
Andrographolide in Bhunimba possess significant hepatoprotective activity. This herb is an effective antioxidant, antibacterial and immunostimulant as well.
Kasni protects the Liver against oxidative stress and hepatotoxin-caused injuries. Cichotyboside, a glycoside present in its seeds, exhibits significant anti-hepatotoxic activity.
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)
Amalaki possesses remarkable hepatoprotective activity. A polyphenolic compound, 1,2,4,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (1246TGG), isolated from this fruit, is a potent an anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) agent.Amalaki provides significant protection against Alcohol-induced liver mitochondrial dysfunction and Liver Cancer as well. It also causes reversal of hepatotoxin-induced pre-fibrogenic events in Liver, which depicts its preventive role in prefibrogenesis of liver.
Maka (Eclipta alba)
Maka (or Bhringaraj) possesses significant antihepatotoxic2 and hepatoprotective activities.
Darvi (Berberis aristata)
A potent antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-hepatotoxic herb that significantly protects against drug-induced Liver damage. Darvi stimulates bile secretion, aids in digestion and improves appetite as well.
Varsabhu (Boerhaavia diffusa)
Varsabhu (or Punarnava) is a potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory herb with significant hepatoprotective activity, which is widely used for the treatment of Jaundice and other hepatic disorders.
Kakamachi (Solanum nigrum)<
Kakamachi provides excellent protection against gastric ulcerations and liver damage owing to significant antiulcerogenic, cytoprotective and hepatoprotective activities.
Ghritkumari (Aloe barbadensis)
Ghritkumari is an effective antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective and hepatostimulant herb.
Aerial parts and stem bark of Rohitaka possess considerable antibacterial and hepatoprotective activities.>
Anantamul (Hemidesmus indicus)
The potent antioxidant Anantamul provides remarkable protection against free-radical mediated oxidative stress and alcohol induced liver injury. It exhibits significant anti-enterobacterial activity as well, whereby it protects the gut against bacterial pathogens.
Sharpunkha(Tephrosia purpurea)
An effective antiulcer and immunomodulatory herb that provides significant protection to Liver as well as Spleen.
Vidanga (Embelia ribes)
Vidanga protects the digestive system by guarding the gut against various worm infestations.
Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica)
Chitraka favours digestion and efficiently stimulates appetite.
Jhavuka (Tamarix gallica
Jhavuka protects against drug-induced hepatic oxidative stress.
Abhaya (Terminalia chebula)
Abhaya effectively protects against gastric ulcerations, drug-induced hepatotoxicity and oxidative stress.
Parpata possesses significant hepatoprotective activity.
Kirata-tikta (Swertia chiretta)
Kirata-tikta is a potent bitter herb that stimulates liver and digestive functions. It effectively ameliorates fever and malaise associated with liver dysfunction, and improves overall well-being.
Mulaka beej are excellent hepatostimulants.
Trivrt (Operculina turpethum)
Trivrt significantly attenuates drug-induced liver toxicity.
Papaya (Carica papaya)
Papaya possesses potent antioxidant and hepatoprotective activities. It also protects against Rifampicin (an anti-tubercular drug)-induced liver damage.
