Pippali
Digestive Stimulant & Carminative
Introduction :
Pippali is extremely useful as a digestive stimulant and carminative, which protects the Liver and Spleen, and enhances the Bio-availability of Drugs. It effectively relieves respiratory tract manifestations as well.
Pippali is most commonly used to treat chronic bronchitis, asthma, constipation, gonorrhea, diarrhea, cholera, chronic malaria, viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, stomachache, bronchitis, diseases of the spleen, cough, and tumours.1

- Significant Hypolipidemic effect.
- Exerts Hepatoprotective action.
- Significant Neuroprotective and anti-depressanteffect.

Indications :
Pippali is extremely useful in the following conditions:
- Loss of appetite, indigestion and flatulence
- Amoebic dysentery and Intestinal infections
- Acute and chronic respiratory tract infections, such as cold, cough and bronchitis (owing to infection or allergy)
- (As an adjuvant in) Hepatic dysfunction and fibrosis, Dyslipidemia

1 Capsule twice daily with water after meals.
