Tulasi
Useful in Allergic, Dry & Productive Cough
Introduction :
Tulasi Leaf is a potent antitussive, which is extremely useful in allergic, dry and productive cough. Eugenol, an excellent Expectorant, is the main active constituent in Holy Basil (Tulasi) leaves. It exerts favourable impact on immune system, central nervous system, gastric and cardiovascular system, urinary system and blood biochemistry.
Actions :
- Powerful antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal herb. The Leaf extracts is extremely useful in respiratory and dermatophytic (skin) infections.
- Protects against Dyslipidemia and Hypercholesteroemia;2Extremely useful as a Cardioprotective.3
- Exerts anti-metastatic and anti-tumour activities as well.
- Significant Hepatoprotective activity.
Indications :
Tulasi is extremely useful in the following conditions:
- Dry and Productive Cough, Bronchitis, Bronchial Asthma
- Respiratory Tract allergies manifesting as Running nose, Cold or Cough
- Impaired Immunity
- (As an adjuvant in) recurrent Skin allergies and infections, Diabetes mellitus, Dyslipidemia, Liver Dysfunction, Typhoid along with antibiotics5
Dosage / Serving Size
1 Capsule twice daily with water 15-20 minutes before meals.
